Ayala Land Unveils Nuvali: The New Makati of the Future


In 1950’s – Ayala decided to make a landmark move and master-planned Makati . They sold Forbes Park at 7 Pesos / sqm , built institutions, entertainment and office spaces - now Makati is Considered the most prime real estate in the country, with Forbes Park as the most sought after luxury residential village.
